The Greenscape Commission meets on the third Tuesday of the month, 6:00pm at City Hall.

Mission Statement
It shall be the ongoing mission of the Beech Grove Greenscape Commission to assist and advise residents and municipal bodies on how to best maintain and grow the city’s urban forest. The Commission will serve as a resource to educate and guide the public and private sectors on the selection, planting, protection and maintenance of trees and other flora within the city.

The City of Beech Grove (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or teams to complete the remaining phases of the Urban Forestry Program funded by the USDA Forest Service and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) via the Indiana DNR (IDNR).
The selected respondent will provide expert services in urban forest management, GIS-based data maintenance, native tree planting implementation, and community outreach. All work must comply with the Grant Agreement between the City and the State of Indiana.
