Roles of the Clerk-treasurer

The Clerk-Treasurer of Beech Grove serves as Chief Fiscal officer of the City of the Beech Grove, and is the head of the Fiscal Branch. They also Serve as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Department of Sanitation, and is the Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Board of Zoning Appeals.

Samantha S. Stratton has served as clerk treasurer since 2024.
