Guest Passes
All guests must be in the company of a HPFC member.
Each guest is limited to 1 free visit in a calendar year.
Thereafter, guest fees are $5 a visit.

Group Exercise Descriptions

Each class will consist of warm-up, cardio and/or resistance training, cool down, and stretching.

Aerobics

    Step n Tone
This is a combination class using step training for the first half and toning with weights and exercise bands in the second half. 
Step Interval
This class uses step training and toning at various intervals. Stepping 4-6 minutes, then toning 2-4 minutes, throughout the class.
Toning and Abs
This class uses bands, weights and your own resistance in toning all the muscle groups (15-20 minutes of solid abdominal moves).

Ball & Rebounding
Mixing Stability ball and rebounding is an excellent way to achieve cardio conditioning with core strengthening.

Boot Camp
Cross-training with steps, jump ropes, calisthenics, bands, weights and more for a high intensity workout. 

Anything Goes
Boot Camp, Ball & Rebounding, Cycling, Aerobics, or a combination of all of them—anything goes!

Cycling (Spinners)
Awesome cardio and total body workout with virtually no impact.  Bikes are limited—first come, first serve.

Pilates
Excellent for improving flexibility, strength, long lean muscles, coordination, balance, and agility using Pilate’s rings and balls.

Pilates-Chair – Taking Pilates From The Floor To The Chair
Excellent for improving flexibility, strength, long lean muscles, coordination, balance, and agility using Pilate’s rings, chairs, and balls.

Shake It Up Cardio
Low impact
cardio to 50s music!  Includes dancing, rebounding, stepping, and ball-Pilates ring work.  FUN!

Tai-Chi – Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
Arthritis and lack of range of motion keeping you down?  Tai-Chi has been proven to decrease arthritis irritation while increasing flexibility.  Tai-Chi has also been proven as a great stress reduction/relaxation technique.
