Parks Board Meetings and Minutes

The Board of Parks and Recreation meets at 6:30pm on the second Monday of the month. Meetings are normally held at the Hornet Park Community Center, however the Board may elect to meet in another park facility. During the warm weather months the Board often meets in one of the city parks.
Meeting notices and agendas are posted 48 hours in advance at the Hornet Park Community Center, City Hall and the Beech Grove Library. All meeting minutes, including prior years, are on file in the Hornet Park Community Center Office.
