Another community amenity is Centennial Park at the intersection of Emerson Avenue and Garstang Street. This pocket park features plaques dedicated to our city's veterans and public safety heroes. The small trees, flowers, and ornamental plantings offer a bit of nature at the southwest corner of the Beech Grove Amtrak Facility. Centennial Park was created as part of the Emerson Avenue Project, completed in 2007. |
