About Our Greenscape Commission Logo

When the Greenscape Commission needed a logo to represent our mission, we turned to the students at Beech Grove Middle School to come up with a design. A contest was held in the spring of 2010, with a prize of $50 donated by commission members. We were pleased to select the design submitted by Rachael Lewis. A big thank you to Principal Tom Gearhart, Technology Specialist Michelle Allee, and all the students who participated. Rachel was recognized for her achievement at the school's Awards Day presentation, and we are proud to use her logo on our webpages, correspondence, and informational materials.
