Who we are and what our profession means 

March 21-26, 2011 FDIC-Fire Department Instructor Conference Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium Firefighters from across the country come together to train and learn new techniques. Whether you are new to the fire service, or a seasoned professional, FDIC 2011 provides a comprehensive range of courses and training options designed to improve the way you do your job, both safely and effectively. From live burns to collapse rescue, from leadership training to recruitment issues, FDIC uniquely offers each and every firefighter critical new learning opportunities.

The Fire Department will not be putting on a Kids Fun Day this year. July 1st, 2009 through Sept. 1st, 2009 The Beech Grove Professional Firefighter’s Association is proud to present the Public Safety Scholarship  The Scholarships are made possible through the dedication and hard-work of the Beech Grove Professional Firefighters and through generosity donations, which is intended to financially assist any student who lives in the City of Beech Grove and wishes to pursue a college education in the field of Public Safety, Medical, or Public Service. This year there are two Scholarships available in the amount of $500.00.  Applicants should fill out application, along with a narrative stating your goals for the future. After the selection process is completed, the funds will be paid directly to the college or university the recipient is attending. Scholarship Application (pdf)
