Employment Information

The Fire Department is taking applications for 2 different positions.
Firefighter EMT and a Civilian Paramedic

We will be accepting applications for the civilian medic position starting May 17^th till June 18^th at 4pm.
 Applicants have to be a certified medic at the time the applications are turned in.

There will be a written and a skills exam, as well as interviews.
Applications can be picked up at the fire station 101, M-F from 8-4, or downloaded here.

April 26 till May 21 at 4pm
Applicants must present at the time the application is turned in:

Applications will be reviewed for completeness and references checked.
Candidates will receive a letter instructing them to participate in the written testing phase of the process or a letter advising them that they will not continue in the process.
Testing for those that qualify will be held June 12^th 2010.

Successful candidates will then be instructed to appear before an interview board
 and to participate in a BLS skills exam, date and time TBA.
